Exception: user-created content

Each user is responsible for uploaded and generated material. WishApp.ai may remove content or restrict access when platform rules or applicable law are violated.

Media featuring identifiable adults

Where templates depict identifiable adults, publication is permitted only after age verification and documented consent from every participant. Applicable records are retained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements.

User verification

Creators must be at least 18 and complete any required verification. Users are responsible for the legality, permissions, and content they generate; WishApp.ai supplies the technical platform.
