These Terms of Use govern access to and use of WishApp.ai.
Agreement
Continuing to use the website means you accept the current Terms of Use.
Age restrictions
Access is restricted to adults who have reached their eighteenth birthday.
Creating sexualized content involving minors or non-consenting people is forbidden.
Privacy Notice
WishApp.ai provides AI media tools, including features intended for lawful adult-only creative use.
Payment-card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by WishApp.ai.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the legality, permissions, and consequences of content they create.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, service materials and related rights belong to WishApp.ai or its licensors.
Protection of minors
Sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited depictions of anyone under 18 are never allowed.
Relevant violations may be documented and reported to law enforcement when required.
Refund Policy
A refund request may be considered within 24 hours when purchased tokens remain unused.
Welcome tokens are promotional credits added to a WishApp.ai account so new users can explore available features. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred, and unused promotional tokens are not reimbursed if an account is deleted or suspended.
Once a generation begins on WishApp.ai, the required tokens are consumed and completed generations are not refundable simply because the output differs from expectations. Balance top-ups are likewise non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. AI output is inherently variable, so the service is provided without a guarantee that a result will match a particular expectation or specification.
Order storage
Purchased tokens do not expire, while generated files may be retained only for a limited period.
Usage rules
- By using WishApp.ai, you agree to respect third-party rights and applicable permissions.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, or modify protected service materials without authorization.
- Copyright, ownership, and attribution notices must remain intact.
- Do not redistribute protected materials unless you have permission.
- Do not interfere with, overload, or intentionally disrupt platform operation.
- Prohibited or unlawful material must not be uploaded or generated.
- Comply with legislation.
- Spam and abusive bulk messaging are not permitted.
- Do not infringe the rights, privacy, or safety of other users.
Violations can result in temporary restrictions or permanent account suspension.

Account suspension
Accounts may be restricted or suspended when these terms are violated.
Force majeure
WishApp.ai is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, contact support first so the issue can be reviewed.
Limitation of liability
Where law allows, indirect and consequential damages are excluded from WishApp.ai's liability.
Disclaimer
The service and generated outputs are supplied on an "as available" basis, and results are not guaranteed.
Changes to terms
These terms may be revised periodically, with the current version published on the service.
